A six week spiritual journey awakening your inner guidance, empowering you to connect back to your innate wisdom and understand your intuition.
When you’re connected to your body and trust your intuitive flow, you awaken your passion and purpose aligning to your higher self which will encourage you to get creative and live the life you are here for.
Whether you are on a healing journey, opening up to spirituality, wanting to connect to self, trying to conceive, wanting to leave a job or relationship, wanting more money, uplevelling in life, creating a business, wanting clarity and guidance, when you are consciously aware of your mindset, making changes and embodying this within, change happens and the easier life becomes.
Being an intuitive holistic practitioner and counsellor, I look at the whole picture to help guide you back to yourself to become more connected to your truth, to step into your authentic self and awaken your power within on a physical, emotional and soul level.
Join me online for six weeks to learn how to awaken you. To connect to your inner guidance combining a variety of holistic therapies creating space for you to evolve, embody and empower you.
Information will be sent weekly via email when the program commences giving you the opportunity to learn, grow and transform over this time or you can do this at your own pace if the program time doesn’t work for you. The live Q & A will be supported through the zoom platform on week 3 and 6, these will be recorded and available to you, along with the program material with no end date.

Sandra Stoitis
The Holistic Wellness Centre
As a holistic health practitioner, Sandra supports and encourages individuals, families and communities to achieve improved health outcomes through various natural healing modalities. Her love of Reiki commenced in 2009 and in June 2016 Sandra became a Reiki Master; having now taught more than 200 students. Opening the Holistic Health & Wellness Centre in 2017 saw Sandra’s vision come to life; a place of community which combines meditation, life enrichment programs and energy healing. As a leader in her field, Sandra is the proud recipient of various industry awards, including 2021 Wellness Practitioner of the the Year for Western Australia. She is also a best-selling Amazon author with her book “Elephant in the Womb: how to change direction when life doesn’t go to plan” reaching number one in three categories. Her mission is simple, and that is to leave a positive impact on people’s lives so that they can realise their true potential. Sandra will be chatting with you about how energy affects your mind, body and soul and how you can make changes in your life through energy.

Hi I’m Steph and my background is in Sports Science, Nutrition and Gut health. I was always intuitive & spiritual and interested in energy, natural therapies, meditation, healing, the universe, our purpose, angels, you name it… But I was keeping that part of me small and never truly explored fully or committed to it as I was too busy with life, kids, working, constantly on the go never catching a breathe.. Something happened earlier this year, I was getting strong nudges & whispers from the universe & I just knew I wasn’t on my true path & yearned to invest time & delve deeper in my spiritual growth.. Fast forward to today and my intuition, growth and vision for my higher self is so activated & stronger than ever, I am remembering tools I never knew I had access to & building relationships with amazing, gifted soul connections. You can do this self paced if you prefer, as the modules will be yours to keep and rewatch or you can watch the weekly videos and join in the lives on week 3 and 6.
