A holistic approach to your wellbeing
You have an opportunity right now to slow down and change the way you do life, to sit and listen to what your body needs and honour this, to recharge your mind and find creative expressions to nourish your soul. People often say “I don’t have time” however it’s not a matter of not having enough time as it is choosing to make time for you. In this present day, you have been blessed with more time however it is how you choose to use it. You can either distract yourself from what you are feeling or you can react and grow with it to connect to yourself on a deeper level which will help you to stay healthy.
When you are healthy your body and mind will respond in a positive way, however when dis-ease is present in your body there are suppressed emotions waiting to be acknowledged and they will become louder and louder until you choose to stop and listen to them.
Being a holistic counsellor, Edwina looks at the whole picture of you holistically to help guide you back to balance at home, work, physically, emotionally and spiritually. If you are out of balance it’s time to start listening and with Edwina’s help and guidance you can become more aware of who you are, what it is you need and how you can achieve this on a physical, emotional and soul level.

Over this six week online healing journey you will discover some of the root causes of what you are afraid of and challenge your inner critic. As you build confidence and trust in the process you will heal and empower yourself to move forward.

Uncover your Purpose and Goals: What is holding you back from living your best life? Dive deeper into your hearts desires to uncover what it is that you want and how you can move forward with action.
Cleanse & Detox your System: When your body isn't functioning the way you want it too, it comes down to releasing toxins and bringing the body back to balance. Learn how you can help your body.
Balance the masculine & feminine in your body: When you are out of alignment, this can have an effect on your relationships, the way you react and behave, how you perceive things to be and if you are being your authentic self. Learn to bring balance back to you.
Understand your Chakras: Learn how your body's energy field works. Understand where your body is blocked and how you can heal yourself.
Challenge your Story: Learn simple ways to turn your negative self talk around so you are kinder to yourself and your confidence and self esteem can grow.
Emotional Wellbeing: The importance of self care and finding balance. Learn effective tools to implement self care routines, rituals and cleansing your space.
